Order Cancellation & Returns

  1. Unworn/unwashed garments can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase with their original receipt & tag. 
  2. No exchanges/refunds/claims can be made on discounted products/Clearance Sale.
  3. If any item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the marked down price.
  4. All prices are fixed and inclusive of taxes.
  5. No cash refund.
  6. Exchange for sunglasses, shoes & accessories will not be entertained due to hygienic reasons.
  7. Read care label inside the garment.
  8. Specifically, for online purchases:
  9. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, return the product after approval and get Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) for future purchases, within 10 days of receiving your order. No requests will be entertained after 10 days of purchase.
  10. Online Store Credit means you can return your purchase and utilize the same amount for a later purchase.
  11. Items will be sent back after request is approved through courier. Shipping costs will not be part of the exchange or claim.
  12. Shipping costs will only be refunded for online purchases if:

 

  • The item was damaged when received by the customer
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • Promotional free shipping is being offered

In all other cases you will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.

  1. An alternative is to exchange the product at any LEON store.
  2. Online orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. 
  3. Currently we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for international online orders.
  4. Customers can cancel orders at any time before the order has been processed.
  5. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with your COD amount as well as order tracking ID. As soon as the product has been delivered, our above-mentioned exchange policy will be applicable to your order.
  6. Theleonofficial holds the authority to cancel any order in cases, such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution
